The Commons

New here? This is the gathering ground — the four ways anyone can move through the civilization and actually take part.

Four ways to move through the Commons

You don't need a title, a budget, or a plan. You need four minutes and one of these four doors. Each one is a real thing you can do right now — pick one and go.

Way One

Give

Do the kind thing — small, anonymous, four minutes. Hold the door. Cover the coffee. Notice the person no one notices.

Do this: Then log it on the Wall so it counts toward the whole.

Way Two

Receive

Let kindness land on you, and let it be seen. Being on the receiving end isn't weakness — it's half the current.

Do this: Saw a kindness done for you? Mark it received so the spark gets counted.

Way Three

Witness

Saw someone be kind? You don't have to be the hero to move the needle — you can be the one who noticed.

Do this: Report what you saw to the Gazette, or find a witness event near you.
Report a kindness →
Way Four

Multiply

Bring your workplace, your church, your block. The fastest way to grow kindness is to hand other people a door of their own.

Do this: Start a charter page for your group, or plan a Kindness event.
